The 100th MONKEY Launches Feeder know-how!
Each month from September two workshops will be offered to you

on the site of the 100th Monkey in Castanet-Tolosan around food. Workshops

offered by professionals from the area but also individuals wishing to pass on their knowledge.
The month of September will be under the theme of CANNING!

For this second workshop, we invited Laetitia from the association LaVidaLocale, a collective and agroecological market garden farm that processes its fruits and vegetables (preserves, syrups, jellies ...)

​

This first Wednesday, September 28, from 5 pm to 8 pm, you will learn how to prepare your syrups and Laetitia will share with us her tips and tricks to make her preserves, jellies and syrups at home.
